Our store is hosted on IONOS. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Deliveries
We currently do not ship outside of the UK. Please send us an email to info@udeaki.com and where possible we can arrange this.
Orders that are placed between Monday and Friday will be processed within 48 hours with despatch being the next available working day. Please allow between 2 – 5 working days for your delivery to be received.
UDE AKI will endeavour to ensure that all deliveries are received within this timescale, however please be adviced that this can’t be guaranteed. If the despatch is delayed, you will receive an email giving you a revised delivery date.
Payment
Payment online for our goods is accepted via debit or credit cards through our secure online payment provider by Stripe.
Pricing
Every effort is made to ensure that our prices shown on the website are accurate and up to date. If an error is discovered prior to goods being dispatched or collected then you will be contacted and you may cancel your order and we will refund all monies paid.
Damages
If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately by telephone or email within three days, quoting your order number. The damaged goods will then need to be returned to us in the original packaging so that a full refund can be given or a replacement sent out.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods purchased on our website, please send an email to info@udeaki.com and someone will assist you.
Disclaimer of Liability
In no event shall UDE AKI be liable for special, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, loss of use, data, or profit, without regard to the form of any action including, but not limited to contact, negligence, or other tortuous actions, all arising out of or in connection with the use, copying, or display of the contents of the site.
